Introducing the Everyday Innovation Check-In

This simple daily practice is designed to help you make small, incremental improvements that lead to significant changes over time. Whether you’re tweaking your workspace, streamlining your tasks, or enhancing your self-care routine, the Everyday Innovation Check-In keeps you focused on making meaningful progress every day.

Here’s How It Works:

  1. Choose an Area: Start each day by picking one area of your life or work to focus on.
  2. Identify a Small Change: Determine one small change or improvement you can make today.
  3. Log the Change: Record your change in a journal, your phone, or any preferred medium.
  4. Reflect and Share: At the end of the week, reflect on the impact of these changes. You can share your insights with others or keep them to yourself.

Your New AI-Powered Companion

To make this even easier, I’ve created a custom GPT just for you—The Everyday Innovation Check-In GPT. This AI tool will guide you through the process of logging your daily changes, reflecting on your week, and even spotting patterns over time. It’s like having a personal innovation coach right in your pocket.

Search "Everyday Innovation Check-In" on the GPT store or click here.

How to Use the GPT:

  • Daily Logging: Type "daily" to receive a prompt for logging your daily innovation action.
  • Weekly Reflection: Type "weekly" to receive prompts for reflecting on your week's changes.
  • Identify Insights: Type "insights" to review your logs and identify recurring themes.
  • Share Your Insights: Type "share" for suggestions on how to communicate your insights with others.

Why I’m Focusing on Podcasts and Newsletters

While you may still see me on social media (you know I love it!), I’m shifting more of my focus to communicating through the podcast and this newsletter. It feels more intimate, more personal, and honestly, I think it’s where the most meaningful conversations can happen. If you know me, you know I love context and getting into the good stuff.

With the solo episodes, I’m sharing insights that have been sitting in my notebooks and files for years—hidden gems that I’m finally ready to bring into the light. It’s both exciting and a little scary, but I’m thrilled to have you along for the journey.

Stay Connected

If you haven’t already, make sure to subscribe to the podcast on your favorite platform. By subscribing, new episodes will pop right into your feed, and you won’t miss any of the actionable insights and creative strategies we explore together.

This newsletter is where you’ll find extended resources, reminders, and exclusive tools that you can review at your own pace. It’s a space I’m excited to continue developing, especially with more solo episodes that dig deep into creativity, strategy, and innovation.
